# Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

## About the platform

The Nasam platform ("the platform") is a product of Nasam Hub ("Nasam"), registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (commercial registration no. 1009112338).

These terms set out the relationship between you and Nasam when you use the platform, whether through a direct account or through the app installed on your Salla store.

## Accepting these terms

Using the platform means you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to them.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

## Your account

Accounts are created with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account.

Permissions inside the platform are set by user role. Whoever holds the admin role in your organisation can add and deactivate users and decide what each of them can reach.

## What the service does

The platform connects your marketplace accounts in one place, syncs products, inventory and prices, and shows orders, sales performance and brand health.

Nasam provides tooling and account-management services. It is not a party to the sale between you and your customer, and is not responsible for the quality of your products or the fulfilment of your orders.

## Marketplace connections

When you connect a marketplace account, you authorise the platform to access that account's data and carry out the operations you ask for, such as updating inventory and prices and tracking orders.

Your use of each marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's own terms and policies. Nasam is not responsible for a marketplace suspending or closing your account, nor for its APIs changing or going down.

You can withdraw that authorisation at any time by disconnecting the account inside the platform.

## AI assistant connections

The platform lets you connect an AI assistant to your account. The connection is optional and only ever starts with your consent.

- Access is read-only and limited to the brands your account can reach.

- An assistant's answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check them before acting; decisions you make remain yours.

- Answers that leave Nasam are processed by whoever operates the assistant, under their own terms and privacy policy.

- You can revoke access at any time from Connected apps.

## Your responsibilities

When using the platform you agree:

- That your data and products comply with the regulations in force in the Kingdom and with each marketplace's terms.

- Not to use the platform for unlawful activity, or to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods.

- Not to attempt to breach or disrupt the platform, or to reach data that is not yours.

- Not to share your sign-in details with anyone who should not have access.

## Subscription and fees

Fees and how they are calculated are set out in your agreement or subscription plan, and may be a monthly fee, a percentage of sales, or both.

Invoices are issued periodically and are due on issue unless agreed otherwise. Amounts are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT unless stated.

We may update pricing with at least thirty days' notice, taking effect from the following billing cycle.

## Intellectual property

The platform, its software, designs and marks belong to Nasam Hub. Using the platform gives you no rights in them beyond the right to use it for the duration of your subscription.

Your data and your store's content remain yours. You grant us permission to use them only as far as delivering the service requires.

## Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Service may stop or lag because of maintenance, a hosting provider fault, or an outage at a marketplace.

The accuracy of the figures shown depends on what the marketplaces return. If a marketplace lags or returns incomplete data, that shows in what you see.

## Limits of liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Nasam is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

In any case, Nasam's liability will not exceed the total you paid it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

## Ending your subscription

You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end an account for breach of these terms or for non-payment, with notice beforehand unless the breach requires immediate suspension.

On termination your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy, except what we are required to retain under accounting or tax regulations.

## Privacy

How your data is processed is set out in the privacy policy at nasam.co/en/privacy, which forms part of these terms.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Where changes are material, we notify users by email or with a notice inside the platform, and the change takes effect from the date it is published.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
