## About Nasam

Nasam is the growth partner for brands on e-commerce marketplaces. We run their selling on Amazon, noon, Trendyol and Salla, and built the Nasam platform their commerce runs on across every channel: orders, inventory, pricing, shipping, and profitability from the channels' own settlements. Our team and the brands' teams work in it, and it connects to AI agents and partners' systems. Today we run more than 20 brands across 12 channels, and Nasam is accelerated by stc's inspireU.

## The role

Engineering at Nasam doesn't sit downstream of product, design or operations; it sits with them. You own the problem whole: understand it, shape the approach, design the experience, build the system, ship it, and learn from what it changed. Our team and the brands' teams work in the Nasam platform every day across Amazon, noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Salla and Jahez, AI agents reach it over MCP, and partners through the Nasam MM-API.

## What you'll do

- Build how the team knows which brand needs attention today, and on what

- Turn scattered marketplace data into clear decisions: surface what needs action, not every number there is

- Turn manual operations into software and automation that grow what the team can run

- Connect new marketplaces and fulfillment models, quick commerce included. Marketplaces without an API get connected through portal automation

- Get the platform ready for the big commercial moments: Ramadan, National Day, White Friday

- Build for AI agents as well as people: the MCP tools and the MM-API

## What you won't do

- Picking up a finished ticket and building it without knowing why

- Choosing what's convenient in the code over what's right for the user

- Waiting on a designer or a product manager before you start. You ship the UI yourself on the design system

## How we measure it

What your features do for brands' growth and for how much the team can run. Tickets closed don't count.

## You'll fit if

- You've shipped a product real people used, and can show it to us

- You're strong on both sides: NestJS, PostgreSQL and React on AWS, or you can show you learn fast

- You think in workflows and the decision a user makes, not in screens

- You look for the business context before building, and care how marketplaces work: the Buy Box, FBA, commissions, settlements

- You write clearly, and document your decisions and the domain you learn

- You've built something an AI agent uses, or understand why building for one is different

## Your first three months

- 01 Month one: sit with the account managers and ship your first feature to production

- 02 Month two: own a full marketplace integration or a core part of the platform, support included

- 03 Month three: sharpen requirements from what you know of the domain, and ship something nobody asked for that becomes part of users' day

## See yourself here?

Tell us who you are, what you've done, and why this role. A link to your work says more than a CV.

Hiring is short: a conversation about how you think and what you've built, then a small work sample from the real job.
